Why?
With the shift to remote work, employees have found themselves disconnected from the rich interactions and diverse perspectives that are fostered in traditional office settings. The absence of spontaneous conversations, shared experiences, and informal exchanges has led to a decline in team cohesion and innovation.
How might we facilitate meaningful connections and diverse interactions among remote office workers, recreating the sense of community and collaboration found in traditional office environments?

An engaging metaverse with core mechanics where employees can focus on personal connections and having fun in their desired interest spaces.
Integration with existing tools like Slack
aims for a seamless transition into the metaverse, fostering stronger communication beyond traditional platforms.

Ring Animation
Visual invitation to encourage meeting people you don’t know.
Lighter rings indicate someone you don’t know and darker shades indicate colleagues you have previously interacted with.
Previous interactions from Slack will also show up as darker rings.
Conversation Bubbles
Bubble forms around 2+ people conversing.
Indicates the topic of conversation so others walking by can see and join the bubble.
Mimics is the natural way people engage in conversations.
Teleportation to an interest space
As a group in the bubble, users have the option to go to a space to do an activity if it is related to their conversation.
It allows for a simplistic and unified lobby design while having unlimited options of interest spaces.
